AVAY invites our community to offer electronic recycling via walk-ins, Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).

AVAY is proud to be in a partnership with the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (SWACO) to provide e-waste recycling services for the residents of Franklin County. Electronic waste will be recycled in compliance with EPA and R2 certified recycling standards, as AVAY is certified as an R2V3 recycler.

Electronic equipment is being abandoned at an alarming and increasing rate as technology evolves at a rapid pace, and consumers replace equipment more frequently than ever. This equipment contains valuable materials that can be recycled in order to reduce consumption of new raw materials. By reducing the need for new production, there's a huge benefit to the environment due to a parallel reduction in the generation of pollutants created by industrial production. AVAY and SWACO represent a strong combination of companies committed to keeping Central Ohio green.

Accepted Materials:

(Includes all, but not limited to):

Desktops, laptops, servers, network equipment, circuit boards, telecom equipment, hard drives, Chromebooks, printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners, VCRs, DVDs, computer peripherals, tablets, LCD screens, CRT monitors, mobile phones, CRT TVs, LCD TVs.

Non-Accepted Materials:

We do not accept kitchen appliances such as microwaves, refrigerators, etc. We also don’t accept refrigerant items. Please call ahead if you have a question about recycling your item.

CRT below 20″: $25
CRT below 35″: $35
LCD TV monitor: $15
